Luxaviation Group announced the signature of a final sale agreement for the worldwide maintenance activities (MRO) of its affiliate company ExecuJet to the French company Dassault Aviation. Subject to obtaining the required approvals, the ExecuJet maintenance activities will be stepwise integrated into the structure of Dassault Aviation group over 2019.

Luxaviation Helicopters has announced the acquisition of a UK-based Starspeed – the global helicopter management, charter and training company. The deal positions the company as the world’s largest VIP and VVIP helicopter operator. Luxaviation Helicopters will incorporate Starspeed’s fleet of 23 helicopters into its own fleet of managed and charter helicopters, providing clients of both companies with an expanded and integrated portfolio of helicopter and jet aviation services from the Luxaviation Group. With Starspeed’s fleet, Luxaviation Helicopters now has a fleet of 42 helicopters.

The partners of the rehabilitation project of the historical Diekirch Brewery site have received the first building permit following the approval of the municipal council. The building permit allows the construction of the new brewery and its start of operations mid 2018. It also allows the partners to pursue the planning and rehabilitation of the site to achieve the first stage of the renovation and reconstruction of the area around the brewery.
Dismantling and demolition works have already been completed and the partners are please to launch the construction phase of the new brewery and certain adjacent infrastructure sites.
